Well, its finally happened and we are delighted to announce that we are due to open the first Burger & Lobster in Singapore in the next few months.
Set to be an iconic Singapore landmark, Burger & Lobster Singapore will make its debut in Jewel Changi Airport. Designed by world-renowned architect, Moshe Safdie, Jewel will offer both international visitors and locals world-class leisure, shopping, dining, accommodation and of course aviation facilities all under one roof.
Our new Burger & Lobster restaurant is to be located at Canopy Park, the airport’s top floor, where diners will be able to enjoy a knock-out Burger & Lobster experience served alongside spectacular views of the 40-metre high Rain Vortex, set to be the world’s tallest indoor waterfall.
The menu, while not yet finalised, will include our prime burgers, fresh Atlantic lobsters and famed lobster rolls alongside a tempting drinks menu that will be specially designed to cater to travellers, those passing through and of course local residents. New dishes using locally sourced ingredients and inspired by local flavours will also be introduced on a rolling seasonal basis.
Having appointed an award-winning consultancy to oversee the design the restaurant and can’t wait to unveil the new restaurant’s unique look will feature rich reds, bold marble and beautiful handmade tiles alongside our signature fresh lobster tanks, which will be viewable from every seat in the restaurant.
“We consider ourselves very fortunate to be opening in Singapore and adding Jewel to the global family of restaurants. We have secured an iconic Singapore location in Jewel and are excited to be evolving the Burger & Lobster brand in such a ground-breaking global innovation at the heart of Southeast Asia. With Jewel dubbed to be the gateway to the rest of the world, the partnership marries perfectly with Burger & Lobster’s obsession with offering products in the most fascinating locations across the world.” Misha Zelman, Owner, Burger & Lobster.
