A Welcome Drink
CHRYSANTHEMUM SOUR
Chrysanthemum-infused Bickens Gin, longan and red date syrup, lemon, egg white.

PLUM COOLER
Dry Vermouth, herbal liqueur, sour plum syrup, lime, soda.
To Start
STARTER TRIO
An assortment of crispy fried prawn dumpling, crab claw and vegetable spring roll served with sweet chilli dip.
The Mains
Each served alongside stir-fried baby vegetables and accompanied with homemade plum, chilli and garlic butter sauce.
HOISIN BURGER & LOBSTER HALF
Grilled juicy Black Angus Beef patty glazed with tangy hoisin sauce. Served on a homemade brioche bun with hoisin mayo, crunchy Asian slaw, kale lettuce, aged cheddar and bacon. Accompanied by half a lobster, either coming steamed or grilled.
OR
SALTED EGG LOBSTER ROLL & LOBSTER HALF
Salted egg marinated wild, live Atlantic lobster meat served in our signature toasted brioche roll. Accompanied by half a lobster, either coming steamed or grilled.
Dessert
COCONUT & SAGO PUDDING
Homemade coconut & sago pudding, coming topped with fresh mango, mango coulis, raspberries and roasted sesame seeds.
