Launching on Mother's Day, the talented team of mixologists at Burger & Lobster Raffles Hotel have been busy creating and obsessing over a new cocktail collection 'Raise the Bar' with the simple aim to bring you the best from behind our B&L bar, with each and every sip.
Paired with succulent lobster tails and juicy Nebraskan burgers, the month of May is set to be filled with refreshing and unique cocktails. Available at Burger & Lobster Raffles Hotel from 9 to 31 May, each cocktail concoction is priced at $18++.
The Proposal is a charming cocktail made with Singapore distillery rose, Hendricks gin, raspberry syrup, coconut syrup, lemon juice and egg white.
Straight off the vine, the Reflection of Love is an elegant martini with a difference. Made with Hendricks gin, tempus fugit violettes, Alain Milliat cabernet rose grape juice, citric acid and garnished with green grapes.
The creamy Hazelnut Rum Latte boasts the perfect caffeine kick and is made with Sailor Jerry rum, Black Tears rum, Luxardo Angeiolette, Tempus fugit cacao, Nespresso forte and milk.
Alternatively, raise a toast with Bleeding Heart, a sangria-style spritz bursting with Sailor Jerry rum, Black Tears Rum, Luxardo Apricot, Cantine Syrah, orange juice, a tinge of brown sugar, mint sprig, orange and lemon wheel.
Finish off the night with the perfect Lychee in the City, a take on the cosmopolitan. A shimmering elixir made with a mix of Reyka vodka, old young's pure vodka, cointreau, kwai fei lychee, citric acid, cranberry juice and Botter prosecco.
