Rock Oysters
Three freshly shucked rock oysters served on ice with Tabasco, fresh lemon and shallot vinaigrette. 

Beef Croquettes
Four smoked wagyu beef croquettes with mozzarella, Grana Padano, spring onion and chipotle mayo.

Lobster Croquettes
Four lobster and prawn croquettes with Grana Padano.

The Main Event
Whole Lobster
Whole lobster, served steamed or grilled with fries, salad and a sauce of your choice: lemon and garlic butter or Holy Fu*k butter. 

Wagyu Burger
100% British Highland Wagyu beef, lettuce, horseradish mayo, beef and black garlic mayo and crispy red onion. Served with truffle fries.
