Launching Friday 3rd September at Raffles Hotel, the Burger & Lobster weekend brunch is back and this time we've got a shiny new menu in tow. The team at Raffles have cheffed up a tempting new menu of late-morning treats, available each week from Friday - Sunday, 11am to 3pm.
To begin the indulgent weekend brunch, start with appetizers such as grilled Mala Corn tossed in a fragrant spicy rub and Fried Cauliflower served with lime cilantro mayonnaise, each priced at $6++.
For the mains, make a tough decision between the all-time favourite Bloody Mary Roll filled with chunks of Nova Scotian lobster tossed with spicy tomato mayo, celery salt, and charred cherry tomatoes at $24++, and the signature B & L Lobster Benedict that features a 64-degree sous-vide egg served on a bed of chilled, chunky Nova Scotian lobster with lobster bisque mayo, crushed avocado and crispy bacon bits in a lobster bisque hollandaise sauce at $26++.
End the feast on a sweet note with Waffles Ice Cream and Raspberries featuring refreshing raspberry swirl ice cream, chocolate sauce and juicy raspberries served on Belgian waffles for $18++.
