At Burger & Lobster we love teaming up with great chefs to bring the wildest collaborations to our fans. From a lobster curry with Tony Singh to our latest lobster roll menu with Max Halley - there is something to get everyones mouth watering.

Our latest collaboration with the alumni of Michelin-starred The Ledbury and owner of Islington's Restaurant 1251, James Cochran. Together we bring to you an unforgettable experience. Tuck into the finest wild-caught Lobster, sustainably sourced off the coasts of Nova Scotia, Canada, paired perfectly with a tender 24-hour slow-cooked Nebraskan beef shin piled high into B&L's signature toasted brioche roll.



Our current chef collaboration is with alumni of Michelin-starred The Ledbury and owner of Islington's Restaurant 1251, James Cochran. Together we bring to you a beef shin lobster roll.
