Chef Partnerships

At Burger & Lobster we love teaming up with great chefs to bring the wildest collaborations to our fans. From a lobster curry with Tony Singh to a one-of-a-kind lobster roll with James Cochran - there is something to get everyones mouth watering.

For our latest collaboration, we joined forces with Sophie Wyburd & Hannah Crosbie, the sensations behind the 'I'll Have What She's Having' podcast. They have teamed together with us to create a katsu lobster roll with a glass of floral and fresh white wine courtesy of one of Spain’s top female winemakers, Katian Alvarez of Galician winery Martín Códax to really tickle your tastebuds.
