Ensuring that your B&L At Home Kit is delivered to you in perfect condition is hugely important to us.

Where do you deliver?
UK DELIVERY ONLY. We deliver Nationwide to UK mainland. If there is an issue with your UK postcode please email hello@burgerandlobster.com.

When do you deliver?
We deliver Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 8 am and 6 pm via a DX Express. Your order will be with you before 6.00 pm on your delivery day.

When do I need to place my order by? 
We need you to place your order by 2 pm on the below days for Thursday, Friday and Saturday delivery:

  • Thursday Delivery: Order cut off is Monday at 2 pm.
  • Friday Delivery: Order cut off is Tuesday at 2 pm.
  • Saturday Delivery: Order cut off is Wednesday at 2 pm.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is £5. However, Saturday deliveries will incur a £3+ supplement delivery charge.

Do I need to be in when my order is delivered?
Yes, we will need someone to be in at the specified delivery address to receive you B&L At Home Kit. You can add in delivery instructions if you cannot be in; such as leaving with a neighbour or in a safe place. However, as we delivery perishable goods, we would recommend ensuring there is someone on hand to receive and to refrigerate the items as soon as they arrive.

What if I miss my delivery?
If you miss a delivery and no safe place was specified, unfortunately, we cannot redeliver any missed deliveries. This is due to the perishable nature of the products being purchased.

How should I store my kit?
The fridge pack will keep everything cool for 24 hours from dispatch. Once received, we’d recommend placing your products in your fridge immediately; they will need to be stored under 8°C afterwards. If you have any issues, please let us know via email hello@burgerandlobster.com.

Will I receive any delivery notification or tracking code?
You will receive an email notification to confirm your order and your delivery day. You will also receive a text message on the day of delivery confirming a delivery time frame.

Can I collect the order myself?
No, we do not currently offer a Click and Collect service.

Is the packaging recyclable?
We are proud that most packaging received is recyclable and fully biodegradable. Your goods will come in a recyclable cardboard box, they will then be wrapped in a 100% cotton denim layer that keeps them cool. This denim can either be thrown in your main rubbish bin where it will break down to natural fibres in a matter of weeks. Alternatively, they are great for compost!

All rigid plastic also can be recycled via household recycling. You will also receive non-toxic ice packs in your DIY Kits that help them travel chilled! The liquid used in these is fully safe and can be poured down the sink. Their packaging also is recyclable.
