Sitting decadently alongside our most-loved Beast Burger, bite into luxury with new prime burgers: the Dry-Aged Burger and the Wagyu Burger. 

Long gone are the days of the sad cheeseburger or the woeful Whopper, burgers are now the height of luxe and hey, we wouldn't be B&L without having the boujiest burger around. Alongside our OG, the Original Burger, and a few other faves, we've only gone and thrown two new prime burgers into the mix. And they are certainly a bite of luxury.

We work around the world with the finest suppliers and one thing is for certain: we don't compromise on quality. The Dry-Aged Burger ($30) features a dry-aged beef patty from top-notch beef supplier La Freida and is topped with a tangy, creamy 'Over the Moon' blue cheese from Murray's Cheeses, sweet caramelised onions and earthy roasted garlic mayo.

To complete the duo of burgers new to the menus at both Burger & Lobster Flatiron and Bryant Park is the Wagyu Burger ($31). From the pioneers of American Wagyu Beef themselves, Snake River Farms have supplied us with a rich and juicy Wagyu patty, topped with marinated crumbly feta from the Meredith Dairy and piquant red onions. Delicious.
