We’ve teamed up with legendary Scottish chef and restaurateur Tony Singh MBE on a limited-edition lobster sharing dish Punjabi Spiced Lobster, available from 15th November 2022 – 31st December 2022 at all nine Burger & Lobster restaurants.
As one of the UK’s most celebrated TV chefs, Tony will be showcasing his culinary prowess coupled with provenance, fusing two whole pot-roasted native lobsters sourced from the UK’s shores, dressed with bold Indian flavours and aromatic spices. Generously serving two people with a side of fluffy steamed rice, elevate your festive lunches and evening plans with this ultimate Christmas cracker.
The Punjabi Spiced Lobster is priced at £75 (based on two people sharing) and £1 from each dish will be donated to StreetSmart, a London-based charity working with the hospitality industry to tackle homelessness on our city streets.
“It’s been a pleasure to work alongside the chefs at Burger & Lobster to develop this winter warming dish. Burger & Lobster’s ethos of sourcing the best, treating it with respect and having fun along the way rings true with traditional Punjabi cultural values as a means of bringing people closer together. It’s a recipe we’re really proud of and we can’t wait for people to experience it – bring on the good times!” – Tony Singh MBE
In collab with Giz 'n' Green. Available in our London restaurants from 4th October - 31st October 2022.
Available exclusively in all of our London restaurants. #ReturnOfTheMac
Londoners, it’s time to dabble in decadence, seduce your senses and dive tastebuds-first into Autumn as we’ve teamed up with Giz ‘n’ Green, aka the legendary chef, restaurateur and award-winning food writer Gizzi Erskine and world-class musician Professor Green, to bring you a limited-edition, wild Atlantic lobster dish of dreams.
Created in partnership with our talented chefs, the celebrated food duo’s Sleezey’n’Bisquey Mac & Cheese is an elevated and unashamedly indulgent take on the classic creamy macaroni and cheese. Starring succulent meat from half a lobster – claws and all – sustainably sourced from the coasts of Nova Scotia, Canada; a rich, boozy lobster bisque-infused cheese sauce; and fresh tarragon, all loaded into a lobster shell and encrusted with a Gruyere and garlic breadcrumbed top. This is comfort food turned up a gear and the pinnacle of mac & cheese excellence.
The decadent dish, served alongside a seasonal side salad, weighs in at £25, with £1 from each dish donated to RISE.365, a charity close to Gizzi and Stephen, which focuses on supporting, educating and empowering young adults and community members in Hackney.
The Sleezey’n’Bisquey Mac & Cheese was available exclusively in our London restaurant locations from Monday 4th October – Sunday 31st October 2022.
Available until 6th June 2022
In an exciting collaboration with sarnie maestro and TV chef Max Halley of Max’s Sandwich Shop, two limited-edition rolls will join the crustacean clan for the first time.
From 6th April 2022, the man behind the best sandwich shop in London will be bringing reimagined rolls with a playful and unapologetically British twist to town. Working alongside Burger & Lobster’s talented chefs, both feature B&L’s signature toasted brioche roll and the finest wild-caught Atlantic Lobster, sustainably sourced from the coasts of Nova Scotia Canada – plus Max’s distinctive touch of topping creations with crisps.
The limited-edition lobster rolls, both served with fries, will be available exclusively at all nine Burger & Lobster restaurants from Wednesday 6th April to Monday 6th June 2022 for lunch and dinner.
Burger & Lobster’s new Spring menu features a refreshing lobster salad (£20), a soft-shell crab roll served with fries (£16), and a juicy 5oz pure Nebraskan beef burger with truffle and parmesan fries (£13). There’s also a 100% Wagyu beef burger with crispy onions, an umami-packed beef sauce and horseradish mayo, as well as oozing truffle and burrata croquettes (£6).
Fish and chips, but not as you know it. Elevating the humble classic, this Max Halley x Burger & Lobster creation features juicy chunks of lobster meat bound with tartare sauce and garnished with lime pickled onions, a vibrant pea and mint purée, shredded baby gem lettuce and finely diced gherkins. All topped with crushed salt and vinegar crisps, packed into a toasted roll and accompanied with golden fries.
A British favourite done the Burger & Lobster way. This nostalgic number comes piled high with fresh picked lobster claw and knuckle meat dressed up to the nines with a retro Marie Rose sauce that’s finished with a dash of tabasco and brandy. Garnishes take the form of iceberg lettuce, avocado and cucumber, a squeeze of lemon, a sprinkle of finely chopped tarragon and crushed prawn cocktail crisps for good measure, all loaded into a buttery brioche roll and served alongside fries.
Max Halley owns the restaurant that changed the sandwich: Max’s Sandwich Shop. His sandwiches have been on the cover of Esquire, Timeout, Shortlist and the front page of the Observer. Max is the resident sandwich and condiment expert on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch; he has also been a guest chef on ITV&’s This Morning. In 2017, he started making a series called ‘The Sandwich Show’ for VICE/Munchies, in which he travels the UK to find inspiration for a new sandwich to put on his menu.
Available until 31st August 2022
One lip-smacking collaboration, that’s what.
Prepare to experience the finest wild-caught Lobster, sustainably sourced off the coasts of Nova Scotia, Canada, paired perfectly with a tender 24-hour slow-cooked Nebraskan beef shin piled high into B&L’s signature toasted brioche roll. Joined by crisp iceberg lettuce, pickles and a rich lobster cheese sauce, the glorified creation is then crowned with James’ signature scotch bonnet jam, crispy shallots and chopped parsley, served alongside crisp golden fries.
James Cochran (alumni of Michelin-starred The Ledbury and owner of Islington’s Restaurant 1251), is serving up a one-of-a-kind lobster roll launching on 25th July for a limited time only. Get ready for fresh chunks of lobster meat and juicy-as-you-like slow-cooked beef shin loaded into a pillowy-soft brioche roll and garnished up to the nines – this is surf ‘n’ turf at its best.
His creative flair and culinary excellence, combined with Burger & Lobster’s obsession with serving the highest quality Atlantic lobsters and prime Nebraskan beef, makes James’ take on Burger & Lobster’s iconic lobster roll one that honours the extraordinary union between these two celebrated ingredients.
Available until 10th April 2023

Katsu curry is slowly becoming one of Britains most-loved curries on the high streets and what better way to celebrate that by elevating it into one of Burger & Lobster’s signature lobster rolls and creating a one-of-a-kind dish.
The dish will feature a toasted brioche roll, crispy panko lobster meat dressed with a sweet curry sauce, ginger, and Kewpie Japanese mayonnaise. The aromatic masterpiece will be garnished with pink pickled ginger, spring onions and black sesame seeds, served with a side of golden crisp fries and a creamy curry mayo.
To compliment the dish, Hannah Crosbie has chosen an (optional) glass of floral and fresh white wine courtesy of one of Spain’s top female winemakers, Katian Alvarez of Galician winery Martín Códax to really tickle your tastebuds.

In collaboration with chef, food stylist and viral video producer Farideh Sadeghin, Burger & Lobster debuts No Big Dill (NBD), a limited-edition seafood roll.
With a portion of proceeds benefiting non-profit soup kitchen and food pantry CHiPS, No Big Dill features healthy chunks of crab, shrimp and lobster, pickled onions and fresh dill in a butter griddled roll – all generously topped with crushed kettle chips. The No Big Dill ($30) is available for lunch and dinner at both the Bryant Park and Flatiron locations through November 3rd.
A Maryland native, Farideh has fond memories of eating crabs with her family and friends every season. When we tapped her to create a new dish for Fall, she knew she immediately wanted to pull inspiration from her favorite childhood experiences – while utilizing some of her favorite cooking techniques learned over the years as a producer and stylist. The result is Farideh’s creative take on Burger & Lobster’s signature Lobster Roll, served with kettle chips and a lemon wedge. $3 from each roll sold will go to non-profit soup kitchen and food pantry CHiPS, where Farideh volunteers.
On a weekly basis, Farideh volunteers at CHiPS, serving the Park Slope and Gowanus community – and tapped them as her partner in this collaboration. Founded in 1971, CHiPs is on a mission to eliminate food insecurity and homelessness in New York City. The soup kitchen and pantry serves 400+ meals daily, and is a home for expectant single mothers as well.
