Our old fashioned is made with Whistle Pig 10-year-old, one of the top-rated rye whiskies of recent times. We combine it with barrel-aged organic maple syrup made on the Vermont farm and age it in new oak barrels for a few more weeks in our restaurant till it reaches perfection.
