In our latest collaboration, we joined forces with Sophie Wyburd & Hannah Crosbie, the sensations behind the ‘I’ll Have What She’s Having’ podcast. They have teamed together with us to create a Katsu Lobster Roll with a glass of floral and fresh white wine courtesy of one of Spain’s top female winemakers, Katian Alvarez of Galician winery Martín Códax to really tickle your tastebuds.
