Styles and cultures meet and meld in Singapore, from the older Downtown Core to the space- age architecture of the newer districts. In the heart of the city, iconic hotel Raffles has just refreshed its world-famous arcade. Explore three storeys of elegant emporiums – then relax in Burger & Lobster at Raffles Hotel. Our second restaurant is situated in the Jewel Changi Airport where 300 outlets share the spectacular space with indoor forests and gardens. Burger & Lobster Jewel is right at the top, overlooking the world’s largest indoor waterfall, the Rain Vortex.
