THE BRUNCH GAME JUST GOT STRONGER

Introducing the newest, tastiest dishes to our weekend Brunch menu at Burger & Lobster Flatiron and Bryant Park. 

Eggs Benny? We've got the next best thing. Tuck into fresh Lobster Benedict, nestled on a potato brioche with citrus hollandaise and lemon garlic butter, or Smoked Salmon Benedict with poached eggs on fried Yukon potatoes with a chive hollandaise. It wouldn't be a B&L brunch without something a little different: Burger Benedict, charcoal crusted beef patties, poached eggs, tomatoes on a sesame crusted bun, with a tonkatsu “hollandaise”. Mouthwatering just to read right?

There's always shroom for an omelet or two at a brunch, and we've got two delicious fillings to choose from: Mushroom Omelet or Shrimp Omelet, both served with a side salad.

Opt for health with our Lobster Kale Salad or firm-brunch-fave, the Lobster, Bacon & Egg Sandwich, and finish strong with something for the sweet-toothed amongst us with Bread Pudding French Toast with caramelized apple and toasted walnuts.
