For instance, there’s not one but four lobster roll dishes available, all of which feature chunks of fresh, chilled lobster meat tossed in our signature dressings, served in a toasted brioche roll. Our Jewel Changi spot truly is the best option if you’re catching a flight in or out of Singapore. We’re on the airport’s top floor, where in addition to incredible food you’ll get to experience spectacular views of the 40-metre high Rain Vortex, the world’s tallest indoor waterfall.
