Panko Asparagus: Crispy asparagus paired with creamy whipped goat’s cheese.
Wagyu Beef Shin Croquettes: Perfectly crunchy croquettes with tender Wagyu beef.
Proper English Cocktail: Succulent Lobster and Prawn mixed in a Marie Rose sauces with cucumber, avocado, tarragon, lettuce and lemon.
Followed by the choice of one of our notable main courses…
Dry Aged Burger: Rich dry-aged beef with truffle confit onions, smoked burger sauce, mature cheddar, fries.
Lobster Grill Salad: Fresh, tender grilled Lobster mixed with eggplant, zucchini, purple potatoes, gem lettuce, olives and drizzled with a sherry vinaigrette.
Seafood Linguine: Prawns, mussels, clams sautéed in a seafood bouillon with chilli and garlic for flavour and al dente linguine.
Classic Lobster Roll: Delicious chunky pieces of chilled lobster mixed with lemon mayo and chives and served in a toasted brioche roll with garlic butter garnish.
