🦞 Surf & Turf Carpaccio
Wagyu beef carpaccio topped with rich lobster mayo, crispy matchstick potatoes and finished with shavings of Grana Padano parmesan. The perfect start.
🦐 Prawn Caesar Salad
Because summer isn’t complete without a Caesar! Expect all the classics with the addition of juicy prawns and bespoke B&L garlic butter croutons.
🍔 Surf & Turf Burger
Our juicy wagyu beef smash patty meets crispy prawns, spicy kewpie mayo, lettuce and pickles, served with fries. Land and sea in every bite.
🤠 Sirloin Steak & B&L Fries
Tender sirloin steak served with our B&L fries and our new cowboy butter, a Wild-West worthy blend of garlic, herbs, lemon and chilli.
