It’s that time of year again — World Lobster Day is back and we’re cracking it open bigger than ever. From surprise lobster roll drops on the streets to FREE lobster, we’re bringing the claws, the butter, and the fun.
Whether you’re a first-time taster or a seasoned shell-cracker, we're serving up a week-long celebration of all things lobster — from our first-ever Ultimate Lobster Supper Club to the return of our famous Bring a Mate, Get a Plate. Expect plenty of chances to tuck in, share the love, and get delightfully messy at our London and Brighton restaurants.

From a lobster cracking masterclass to the first ever lobster supper club and the return of Burger & Lobster's iconic bikes with surprise roll drops. Burger & Lobster is taking it to a new level for World Lobster Day 2025 with a week of celebrations.
The Ultimate Lobster Supper Club
Kicking off the celebrations for World Lobster Day in style, Burger & Lobster are hosting its very first supper club experience: The Ultimate Lobster Supper Club on Friday 19th September at our Burger & Lobster Oxford Circus.
Designed as a one-night-only supper club, we're inviting lobster-lovers and lobster-novices to roll up their sleeves and dive into a decadent lobster banquet. Expect Taittinger champagne, lobsters, lobster croquettes, lobster topped burgers, buttery lobster rolls, and gooey lobster mac 'n' cheese, all served to share. Once the starters come to an end, a lobster-cracking masterclass led by our executive chef, Ken, will guide you through the art of tackling lobster like a pro.

Bring a mate, get a plate
On World Lobster Day, the Bring a Mate, Get a Plate offer is back by popular demand. Bring a Mate, Get a Plate invites diners to share their love of lobster with a friend who has never tried it before.
Simply buy one lobster main and get another lobster main for free on Thursday 25th September at all our London and Brighton restaurants. That's right, FREE lobster (and bragging rights!)
Burger & Lobster restaurants will welcome walk-in diners only on this day so get down early to secure your claws*.
This year, we’re proud to support the National Lobster Hatchery, with an additional £1 added to every bill to help protect and replenish native lobster populations along the UK coastline.
*There will be a very limited number of bookings made available to the Burger & Lobster newsletter and social broadcast channel followers.
Lobster rolls on the loose
London’s West End and Brighton get ready, as the Burger & Lobster bikes are returning for World Lobster Day, to surprise foodies everywhere with a delicious catch of the day.
On Wednesday 17th (Brighton) and Thursday 18th September (West End), the bikes will hit the streets handing out free mini lobster rolls between 11am–2pm and 3pm–6pm, to whet people’s appetite ahead of the big day.
