As a toast to all women, our mixologists have concocted a unique cocktail for a month-long celebration at Raffles Hotel and The Jewel. The Raffles outlet will also feature the Telmont Reserve Rosé on its menu this March with the first ten groups of ladies who dine on International Women’s Day (8 March 2022) to receive a complimentary bottle of the renowned bubbly.
Inspired by the strength of femininity, Porfirio is a tropical, refreshing and smooth tipple. Russell Ong, our Bar Manager says, “This hand-crafted concoction encapsulates a charming sweetness with just a hint of acidity, Mount Gay Eclipse Rum is chosen as the core ingredient as Trudiann Branker is the first Women Master Blender for Mount Gay Rum.” Porfirio is available at both restaurants and priced at $14++, artfully prepared with Mount Gay Eclipse Rum, citrus, salt and home-made syrup.
Much esteemed for its elegant effervescence and full-bodied finish with a nose reminiscent of biting into ripe Morello cherries, Telmont Reserve Rosé makes for the perfect celebratory bubbly. Diners can purchase the champagne from 1 to 31 March 2022 at $155++ for the first bottle and $130++ for the second.
Giving more reason to kick-start the celebrations early for this year’s International Women’s Day, Burger & Lobster Raffles Hotel will be welcoming the first ten groups of five women with a complimentary bottle of the champagne.
