Valentine’s, Galentine’s or just because it’s Friday, this February 14th head to Burger & Lobster located in Raffles Hotel's famous Arcade, where diners will be able to enjoy a knock-out Burger & Lobster experience served alongside old-school opulence that Raffles Hotel has become hallmarked for.
For those looking for an evening filled with old-school romance, our Valentine’s Day menu will have you weak at the knees. Designed for two, our Valentine’s set-menu has been carefully created to bring you lovebirds closer:
Toast the evening with a welcome drink followed by a decadent prawn and crab starter before picking a main: Half a lobster topped with a herbed cheese crust and served alongside either a Rendang burger or a salted egg lobster roll. And because no valentines would be complete without something a little sweet, finish the evening with either a classic apple crumble or a divine red velvet cheesecake.
Those celebrating Pal-entine’s Day? Never fear, our a la carte menu will also be available alongside our notorious cocktail list, which guarantees to have you and your BFF toasting each other well into the evening.
